J&B Painting LLC recently took on an exciting project in Beverly Hills, MI, where we transformed a 1,800-square-foot home with a stunning exterior makeover. Over five days, our team meticulously refreshed the brick and aluminum siding with Sherwin Williams Super Paint in a customer-chosen color. We also installed new black shutters to complete the modern look. This home now features a refreshed exterior that enhances its charm and presence in the neighborhood—all completed within budget.

Background/Story:

The homeowner reached out to us through a referral from her sister, who was thrilled with the results of her own exterior house painting project we had completed earlier. With the exterior of her house showing signs of aging, she wanted to give it a renewed, modern appeal while preserving its charm. She chose us to handle the transformation, and we were more than ready to deliver.

From our first meeting, she clearly had a vision: a clean, fresh look with vibrant colors that would enhance her home’s curb appeal. Our team got to work right away, preparing all the surfaces by power washing to remove dirt and debris, ensuring a flawless finish. We then primed the brick with Sherwin Williams Loxon Masonry Primer and used Sherwin Williams Power House 60-Year Caulk for added durability. Throughout the project, we maintained open communication, ensuring the homeowner was delighted with every step.

Scope of Services:

Exterior Painting: Power washing of all surfaces to remove debris and dirt, priming of brick surfaces with Sherwin Williams Loxon Masonry Primer, and caulking with Sherwin Williams Power House 60-Year Caulk where needed.
Painting of Brick and Aluminum Siding: Application of Sherwin Williams Super Paint Flat to all brick and aluminum surfaces in a color specified by the customer.
Shutter Installation: Installed new black shutters to complete the modernized look.
